Behind the process

Each Thais et Theo creation is imagined piece by piece and step by step by myself as a designer. Sketching and Mounting are my first two steps in the process; then comes the time to communicate my design requirements to the goldsmith.

The moulds are prepared by him and supervised by myself, as well as the assessment of the non welded, unpolished samples made out of the moulds.

Then, if the piece is consistent according my requests, the assembling parts, the welding and the polishing can follow, otherwise changes are made accordingly. Only premium quality of 925 Sterling Silver (925/1000 of silver, rest of alloy), 18 carats gold (750/1000 of gold, 250/1000 of alloy) 9 carats gold (375 /1000 of gold, 625/1000 of alloy) is used to create Thais et Theo Jewellery Design. But one of the most important stage is when it comes to a strict quality control of each finished piece.
